Once visiting or making purchases through our online store, you automatically accept unconditionally the conditions below. Please read them carefully. The pictures of the products shown in this website are only indicative and may not in any circumstances act binding on the company “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co”.

Product Availability

When your order is received, the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT will notify you via e-mail or phone for the current availability of the desired products. In case you do not agree with the delivery time, you should notify us via e-mail whether you wish your order to remain active or not. If the terms and conditions of your order do not satisfy you, you have the right to cancel your order.

Order Cancellation

The cancellation of an order may occur in the following cases: Prior to completion of your order during the online ordering process you can remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking the “remove” button. If your order has been completed online, but has not yet been shipped you can call us on +30 2610 439161 or send us an email to sales@katraouras.com indicating in both cases your order number and our customer service department will cancel your order.

In case you wish to cancel your order, but it has already been shipped, please note that the shipping costs and return shipping costs are not covered by “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co”. In this case, after you receive the goods and you've already notified our customer service department about the cancellation of your order either by email or by phone, the goods will be returned to our company. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Right of Return

Purchasing from our eshop, you can return a purchased product and we will refund you, if the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging with full content (parts, instructions, guarantee, side products, receipt / invoice etc.), within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co”. Please be advised that in case of return, you should notify us in writing before your return a product via email at sales@katraouras.com or by fax at +30 2610 439161. In each case the return is under the responsibility of the customer. In case of theft / loss or damage due to transportation services, “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co” bears no responsibility.

Any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged, will not receive compensation. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied in accordance with the diagnosis to be made by the competent department of our company.

We do not accept returns if the product is found to be unsealed, and whether the product is a custom order, personalized according to the preferences of the consumer.

Warranty

The product warranty is the one provided by the manufacturer or the official distributor of each product. “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co” can manage to receive any product and send it to the service provider after the acceptance of its customer to pay the shipping costs for all the shipments needed to be done.

Payment

Under current tax instructions, vouchers worth over 500 € (including VAT) to individuals (Retail voucher) and vouchers worth over 3.000 € (including VAT) for professionals / businesses (Sales Invoice) should be paid ONLY to the following ways:

Payment Through Credit/Debit Card:

Payment Through Credit/Debit Card: The online shop of “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co” accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro, Discovery, Diners Club. Your transactions in our web store are protected by the highest security online systems. For purchases with your credit card, please follow the instructions as given in our e- shop. You will be prompted to enter the name of the cardholder, the number of the credit / debit card and the card’s expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) printed on the back of your credit/debit card. If you choose to pay by credit / debit card, you must be present at the delivery of your order with your ID or passport. In this case (i.e. Paying by credit card), please be advised that the purchase goods won’t be delivered to any third person who shows your ID or passport.

Installments: You can take advantage of up to 12 installments by using your Greek credit / debit card, in that case there is no interest rate (0%).

Payment Upon receipt Of Your Order (at delivery):

You can pay for your order the moment you receive it directly to our associated ACS COURIER partner. This method of payment applies only for Greece and shipping only via ACS COURIER. Please be aware that the charge for cash on delivery is €2.50.

Receipt and Payment of Your Order to The Nearest “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co” Store:

In the final stage of checkout, you can select as shipping method the "Collection from store ". Then select from the list of our stores, the one that is nearest to you. If your order is placed until 12:00 and products are immediately available, then within 2 working days will be in the store you have chosen. The company's stores are located in Patras and Nafpaktos. The addresses of our stores are:

The payment of your order will be made at the selected store, where you will collect the goods you have ordered. If you choose to pay for your order via credit / debit card, please be informed that the charge of the credit / debit card will be made in the store. If necessary, you should have with you your credit / debit card and your ID (or passport) in case you wish to pay via credit / debit card at our stores.

Payment Via Bank Transfer:

You can prepay your order in one of the following bank accounts of our company:

After making the bank transfer please send us a copy of the payment by fax on +30 2610 439161 or by email at sales@katraouras.com indicating your order number so your payment can be easily and quickly identified. Upon reception of the payment copy, we will proceed to dispatch your order.

Transport Method

Via ACS COURIER (Greece Only):

If you choose “ACS COURIER” as shipping method, you will receive your order within 1-3 working days to the address you have provided (excluding remote areas according to ACS COURIER). All orders entered by 14:00 will be processed on the same business day. All the orders will be sent at no charge.

Remote areas as shown in the site of ACS COURIER (www.acscourier.gr) are excluded from the above offer. In case you are in a remote area, then your order will be sent to the nearest branch of ACS COURIER (central and not hard to access) and then you can collect it from there.

Via Greek Postal Office (Globaly):

If you choose “Greek Postal Office” as shipping method, you will receive your order within 10 working days to the address you have provided. All orders entered by 14:00 (EST +2:00) will be processed on the same business day. The postage cost of every single order is automaticaly calculated, depending on the selected Country of destination.
