Order Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, but it has already been shipped, please note that the shipping costs and return shipping costs are not covered by “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co”. In this case, after you receive the goods and you've already notified our customer service department about the cancellation of your order either by email or by phone, the goods will be returned to our company. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Right of Return

Purchasing from our eshop, you can return a purchased product and we will refund you, if the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging with full content (parts, instructions, guarantee, side products, receipt / invoice etc.), within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the return shipping costs are not covered by “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co”. Please be advised that in case of return, you should notify us in writing before your return a product via email at [email protected] or by fax at +30 2610 439161. In each case the return is under the responsibility of the customer. In case of theft / loss or damage due to transportation services, “KATRAOURAS FOTIOS & Co” bears no responsibility.

Any product that has been damaged or whose packaging has been damaged, will not receive compensation. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, a price reduction will be applied in accordance with the diagnosis to be made by the competent department of our company.

We do not accept returns if the product is found to be unsealed, and whether the product is a custom order, personalized according to the preferences of the consumer.
